Brisbane town centre site fetches $31m

A major site next to the Park Ridge Town Centre, south of Brisbane, has sold for $31 million.

The 21.2 hectare amalgamation, two lots, 36-52 Park Ridge Road, Park Ridge (pictured, top), was marketed for its potential to way for medium density residential.

Commercial product can also be added given the zoning.

Savills’ Peter Tyson was the agent.

The buyer is as yet undisclosed.

Park Ridge is about 35 kilometres from the CBD.
