Bowen Hills amalgamation collects $10.2m

A portfolio of seven neighbouring Bowen Hills properties has sold for $10.23 million.

The offering spreads 3276 square metres within the Bowen Hills Urban Renewal Precinct, walking distance to the suburb’s train station.

With crossovers at Campbell, Hazelmount and Edgar streets, Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Gard marketed it as a building block.

Bowen Hills is about three kilometres north of Brisbane (story continues below).

This property is near residential skyscrapers and a shopping centre – part of Devine’s Metro Property Group and India’s Pearls Australasia’s $140m Madison Heights Apartments complex, which replaced the Kelly Motor Co car yard seven years ago.

Mode Design Corporation’s Richmond Apartments and the 10-level Code Apartments are also in the vicinity.
