Bondi Junction site trades for $9m between developers

The site (marked, M) is about six kilometres east of Sydney.

A Bondi Junction site permit-ready for a five level apartment building until recently being marketed as the Metropolitan, has sold for c$9 million.

The incoming owner, another developer, intends to proceed with the approved project at 110-116 Bronte Road.

The Bureau SRH designed complex will contain 20 dwellings, two shops and basement parking.

Cohen Handler development and commercial acquisitions director Tas Costi represented the purchaser (story continues below).

Metro Commercial’s Zorick Toltsan was the selling agent.

The property is less than a kilometre from Westfield Bondi Junction.

The suburb is six kms east of Sydney.
