Becton Sells Collins Street Office For $21 Million

Mr Walton told Capital Gain a private investor purchased the property after a six-week private tender process, specifically targeting high net worth purchasers.
 
“The process drew out significant interest which resulted in a higher-than-expected number of offers being formally submitted, through a two-stage tender process.”
 
Becton paid Henkell brothers Hans and Markus $26 million for the office in November 2007.
