Balance of Perth service centre sold down
The last two pieces of a new Perth growth corridor convenience retail investment have sold.
Also the two most affordable components, the Hungry Jack’s restaurant and neighbouring Chicken Treat traded for $4.1 million and $3m respectively.
The properties form part of the Dayton Service Centre which has now sold down for $17.15m.
Six weeks ago we reported the Caltex petrol station at the in Isoodon Street complex traded for $5.79m.
Chevron is on a 15 year lease there, with CPI-linked annual rent rises and multiple options.
A Stride Early Learning & Childcare Centre also sold, for $4.31m or $2019 per sqm of building area or $52,573 per place.
Colliers’ Aiden Austen and Richard Cash were the agents.
Dayton is about 24 kilometres north east of town.
