Baby Bunting Leases Large Lyndhurst Facility, Melbourne

BABY Buntings will pay a reported rent of $75 per square metre, per annum, to occupy a large 11,750 square metre industrial facility in Melbourne’s outer south-east.

The 10-year lease for an office and warehouse is for a building owned by Lepat Australia, and was reported by The Australian.
