Award Winning Warehouse to go Under the Hammer

The 4-level property, at 62 Regent Street was extended and redesigned by Multiplicity in 2005. The boutique developer was awarded a Royal Australian Institutes of Architect accolade for the project – it’s third since 2001. It’s other developments include a church conversion in Glenlyon, and shire offices for the Daylesford City Council.

Tim Sullivan, who forms one half of Multiplicity, said it took two years to redevelop the Richmond warehouse  – which now includes two bedrooms, a study, third and fourth level rooftop decks and several mezzanine rooms, which contribute to the sense of space.

Bennison McKinnon agent Elliot Gill is marketing the property, which goes to auction at 10:30am on Saturday March 15.
