Arrow Health rents hall-converted-office at Armadale Uniting Church

Arrow Health’s former office at 129 Wellington Street, St Kilda, is now being marketed as a development site.

Addiction treatment organisation Arrow Health has leased an unusual suburban office built into what was a hall connected to Armadale Uniting Church.

The workplace, 86B Kooyong Road, Armadale, was “substantially” refurbished by the religious group about five years ago for occupation.

Over two levels with 245 square metres of A-grade area – and offered with five car parks – the occupier is paying starting gross annual rent of $70,000, or $285 per sqm, ex incentives.

Arrow Health relocated from 129 Wellington Street, St Kilda (pictured, above, right), a dwelling-turned-medical centre which is now for sale.

GormanKelly’s Samuel Torrance and Nick Breheny, who placed Arrow Health at Armadale, said the Kooyong Road office “provided a largely turnkey solution”.

The rental agreement with Uniting Church – a new management client for the Hawthorn based agency – is for an initial three year term.

In 2023 Arrow Health can renew until 2026.

The Uniting Church created the Armadale office out of a hall about five years ago, initially for occupation.
The office would be considered A-grade.
Arrow Health has signed at Armadale for an initial three year term.
The chuch, near the corner of High Street, is now known as 86A Kooyong Road while the hall-converted-office is 86B.
