Anston Paving Stones Relocates to Notting Hill

Anston will pay a starting rent of around $210,000 per annum for five years, on the older style warehouse at 59 Normanby Road. The group will relocate from its present home at 60 Fussell Road Kilsyth.

Colliers International industrial leasing associate Lynton Williams said the deal reflected the increasing popularity of the well established and tightly held industrial precincts in the middle south-eastern and eastern suburbs.

“Such locations offered excellent locational attributes such as quick access to freeways, access to Melbourne’s largest workforce and the requisite existing infrastructure to satisfy both business and staff needs,” Mr Williams said.
