Aged care group leases ex-Gurner HQ

The Malvern office contains 544 square metres of A-grade space.

HammondCare has leased a Malvern office recently vacated by Gurner.

The not for profit aged care provider, which focuses on dementia, is speculated to be paying just under $320 per square metre, per annum, for the A-grade, 544 sqm space, forming part of the first floor at 322 Glenferrie Road.

Fifteen car parks – coming at an extra cost – form part of the deal.

The office also includes a fully fitted kitchen and lunchroom, and shower.

Gorman Kelly’s Richard Munday and Will Kelly with Colliers’ Tom Rothel and Kevin Tutty brokered the deal.

Gurner is now based at an ex-Mini car dealership at the prominent corner of Malvern and Williams roads, in Prahran.

In May, the group, led by Tim Gurner, also rented its maiden Sydney office – a renovated complex owned and recently vacated by public relations executive Roxy Jacenko (story continues below).
