AFL exec lists Brisbane home

Greg Swann has listed his inner east Brisbane home after moving to Melbourne and accepting an AFL executive general manager position

The two level Balmoral property with five bedrooms and a cinema, goes to auction in a fortnight.

Mr Swann and his wife, Leonie, paid $1.8m in 2015 – after being appointed Brisbane Lions chief executive officer and quitting the Victorian capital.

The block, 22 Wright Street, spreads 607 sqm with a saltwater pool.

Greg and Leonie Swann bought the Balmoral home in 2015.

Mr Swann is now AFL executive general manager, Performance.
