C&G sells Adelaide medical centre, library
Commercial & General has sold a near new medical centre and council-backed library at West Lakes.

The Ngutungka complex at 9 Charles Street, collected $12.7 million from the local Scaffidi family.
With 2091 square metres and 23 car parks, it is 95 per cent occupied.
West Medical Hub, a GP practice, anchors a component also known as the Complexica bulding.
There are also tenancies for a physiotherapist, fitness studio and dentist.
The City of Charles Sturt rents the balance for a library, community hub and café.
The result reflects a 5.7pc net passing yield.
Knight Frank was the marketing agency.
West Lakes is about 14 kilometres north west of the CBD.
