Central Equity Pays Crown Casino $13.1 Million For Southbank Site

Central Equity is considered responsible for Southbank’s first apartment building boom about ten years ago, but quit the market for a period, when it became oversupplied.
 
The casino has relocated its training college into the Crown Metropol hotel nearby.
