Former AFL footballer Travis Cloke lists contemporary Kangaroo Ground home

Former AFL footballer Travis Cloke (pictured, top) is selling the Kangaroo Ground property he bought just two years ago.

The contemporary single-storey home on 8.24 hectares at 329 Wedge Tail Court carries a price guide of between $2.4 million and $2.6 million.

The ex-Magpie, who played 10 games for the Bulldogs in 2017 before retiring, paid $1.46 million to move to Wedge Tail Court after selling a modern home in Melbourne’s inner-eastern suburb of Kew for $3.09 million ahead of a scheduled auction.

At the time of this purchase, Mr Cloke had just become engaged to model Rebeccah Panozza, whose father, businessman Kevin Panozza in early 2017 offloaded his 132-year old mansion Marama at 161 Church Street in Brighton for just over $6 million.

Jellis Craig’s Chris Chapman and Mandy Berenyi are marketing the Kangaroo Ground property (pictured, left and bottom) as an “equestrian oasis”.

With “breathtaking views” three-bedrooms, two lounges, an “epic” alfresco entertainment zone and MagnaPool, the award-winning home, designed and constructed by Steve Laux Building Designs, is surrounded by seven paddocks, six shelter sheds and three stables with day yards.
