151 Property leases Wetherill Park manufacturing facility
A global producer and distributor in the lubricants industry has leased a western Sydney distribution centre investment, set to be modernised by landlord, 151 Property.
The 5905 square metre complex at 34 Davis Road (pictured, top), Wetherill Park, about 34 kilometres from the CBD, has been rented for an initial 10 year term.
The property is four kilometres away from the M4 and M7 motorways.
Davis Road is also a B-double approved (truck) route.
The L-shaped Wetherill Park warehouse provides access via five raised loading docks, some with levellers. The clearance rises from seven to nine levels.
The factory also contains a power supply via two substations, amounting to 1500kVa, and land at the rear which could be re-purposed into hardstand space. It also offers a two-storey office.
JLL Occupier Services & Industrial co-ordinated “an extensive” market search and shortlisted options for 151 Property. It also represented the tenant.
The brokers were Peter Slade, Chris Davis, Bruce Myers, Greg Pike and Matthew Keeping.
