The approved building will be three to seven stories in height and include 80 basement car parks. At ground level, the new development is expected to include a hotel foyer and three shops, one of which will be the Sofia’s restaurant.

PLANS to develop a 7-level, 82-room boutique hotel in Camberwell’s ritzy Burke Road shopping strip, have been approved by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
