A block of flats used in the St Kilda-based television series The Secret Life of Us is on the market.
Inverleith, at 14A Acland Street, provided the exteriors for the homes of the show's central characters. Images of the block were broadcast nationally around the world during the show's four-year run.
However, the rooftop terrace that appeared throughout the show was filmed closer to the beach, at 22A The Esplanade.
The three-level Inverleith building includes 12 oversized but unrenovated apartments, all with at least one sunroom. Its annual rent is $168,000.
Biggin & Scott selling agent Claudio Perruzza will auction the whole Inverleith apartment block at noon on September 12. He expects it to sell for around $4 million.
