Yoghurt manufacturer expands industrial footprint in Melbourne’s south-east

20 Logis Boulevard, Dandenong.

Chobani has expanded its industrial footprint in Melbourne with the lease of a standalone office-warehouse.

The US-based yoghurt manufacturer is paying starting annual rent of $176,024 to occupy 20 Logis Boulevard in Dandenong, about 30 kilometres south-east of the CBD.

The modern 1952 square metre building includes a 1693 sqm warehouse with 10 tonne crane capacity and three motorised roller doors.

The property includes a high quality double-storey office component.

It also includes a two-level open-plan office with two kitchens and staff amenity including two showers. The property offers 29 on-site car parks behind a security gate.

CVA’s Jarrod Moran and John Nockles brokered the lease. They said the property, within a recently developed industrial pocket, offers convenient access to major arterial roads including Eastlink and the Monash Freeway.

Chobani operates from another warehouse nearby, at 453-455 Hammond Road, Dandenong South.
