Vision Australia Sells Prahran Site For $21 Million

Two buildings totaling 13,711 square metres, and configured as shops, offices and workshop space, will be demolished as part of the redevelopment, which is near retail mecca Chapel Street.

Caydon recently paid Mirvac $12 million for a development site in Burwood Road, Hawthorn, where it is also planning apartments. Its portfolio also includes assets in Richmond and Footscray.
