Valad to Sell Riverside Alphington Development Site at a Loss

Valad will sell the 1.1 hectare property with concept plans for a residential village of about 60 apartments and 26 townhouses, but not a permit.
 
CB Richard Ellis agents Scott Orchard, Mark Wizel and Andrew Dawkins are marketing Alphington site.
 
Valad is also proposing apartment developments within the former Pentridge Prison project in Coburg, and at a site in Bay Street Port Melbourne.
