$US150 Million Expected For Mansion of Aaron Spelling Widow

The 1.86 hectare estate, near the Playboy Mansion and overlooking the Los Angeles Country Club in Holmby Hills, includes a 5248 square metre French chateau-style residence, a bowling alley, wine cellar, wine tasting room, gift wrapping room, a humidity controlled silver storage room, library and gym.

Candy Spelling is trading the home for a $US47 million, double stroey apartment tower in Los Angeles.

Aaron Spelling, producer of shows such as Beverly Hills 90210 and Dynasty, died in 2006.

The couple built the three-storey mansion in 1991.
