Ms Gardner and husband, investment banker Tim Baker, paid $1.95 million for the property in 2010 before undertaking a renovation and extension.

Mosman is home to Ms Gardner’s co-host, Karl Stefanovic, who rents a home near the Taronga Zoo reported in this item, again by dailymail.co.uk, to be worth about $7 million.
