Its former Dorcas Street headquarters is being part being developed as an apartment village.<br />

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pat Burke and Michael Pound of MP Burke Commercial are now leasing the former Foxtel FoxSports Building. The creative space was is configured as office space, and a studio. Football focused television show On The Couch was produced at the City Road site which also includes parking for about 10 cars. The fitted office also includes a backup generator.</p>
<p>The 1200 square metre space is expected to rent for about $210,000 per annum net, which includes signage rites. The building is diagonally opposite the landmark Eureka Tower.</p>
<p>Foxtel also operates from a prominent office building in the north-west suburb of Moonee Ponds.</p>
<p>Elsewhere in Melbourne, News Limited is expected to announce plans for a new headquarters, consolidating Herald Sun employed staff currently in Southbank, and members of the leader group in the eastern suburb of Blackburn.</p>
