]]> Marshall White director Nick Yannopoulos is marketing the 2-bedroom apartment at 2 Montrose Place privately, and it expects it to sell for $400,000. Pettifer bought the apartment off the plan in 2004 and lived in for a short period. It is currently rented for $380 a week.

The apartment abuts the Auburn Village Shopping strip and is only a torpedo kick from the Fritsch Holzer Park football oval.

Kayne was the ninth selection in the 2000 National AFL Draft where he was picked up by Richmond. He relocated to Melbourne from Kyabram at age 18, and now lives in the inner-eastern suburbs.
