It joins Kerrera at 84 The Esplanade, the luxury home of former JB Hi Fi boss Richard Bouris at 86 The Esplanade, and an unrenovated property a little further up the road at 158 The Esplanade, as properties seeking new owners.

In Williamstown, a home at 2 The Strand has just been listed with an expected sale price of around $2 million. Nearby in Altona, two properties on the Boulevard have been listed and are expected to sell for more than $1 million, while on the Maribyrnong River in Essendon – a property on a large block in The Boulevard is expected to fetch around $1.6 million.
