The seven-year lease is reported by the AFR as having two further five year options.

KPMG is reportedly paying $180,000 per annum to occupy the space, which equates to $360 per square metre, per annum. Colliers International and Savills leased the space on behalf of Reed Property Group.
]]> Not far away, BDA Architecture has leased a 322 square metre office at 89 Surf Parade, Broadbeach. The lease renewal – for three years – is reported to be worth $150,000 per annum. The building, The Wave, spreads 34 levels and includes retail on the ground floor, two levels of offices, and resort accommodation above.
