Industrial Park Mooted For Prominent Ex-Government Site in Port Melbourne

A once-obscure, but now prominent industrial development site, which abuts a new West Gate Freeway on-ramp in Port Melbourne, will be developed into a major business park after it sold to a local private developer for more than $4 million.
