Richard Pratt’s Former Woodend Weekender, Campaspe House, Sold For About $6.2 Million
The historic Woodend homestead disgraced businessman Richard Pratt and wife Jeanne used as a weekender in the 1980s has been sold to an as yet undisclosed restaurant operator for about $6.2 million.
