Swarovski Group lists Sydney industrial property

The property includes a 266 square metre office.

High end jeweller Swarovski Group is selling an industrial building in Sydney’s west.

The freestanding A-grade office/warehouse at 9 Tarlington Place, Smithfield, is expected to sell for mid-$3 million at auction on December 20.

The 3388 square metre site includes 15 car parks and a 1283 sqm building accessed by dual driveways and dual doors.

It is occupied by Tyrolit, the concrete cutting division of Swarovski Group.

LJ Hooker Commercial director Marcel Elias said the building has been exceptionally upgraded and maintained over time.

The asset is going to auction on December 20.

As well as concrete panel industrial fixtures, the facility offers a corporate office fit-out and solar panels.

Close to the Cumberland Motorway, the holding is about 30 kilometres from the Sydney CBD.

Mr Elias is targeting investors and owner-occupiers for the property, which is being offered with the option of a delayed settlement.
