Suzie Wilks Changes Rooms

Suzie bought the unrenovated, double-fronted Edwardian home 10 years ago before embarking on a major renovation, which included a rear double-storey extension. She sold the property about three years ago, sources say.

The property, which sits on a 370-square-metre block, includes three bedrooms, formal and informal living areas and an outdoor timber deck leading to a paved terrace.

The Evansdale Road home is in Hawthorn’s "city end" close to the Yarra River. Two nearby properties on larger blocks have recently come on to the market with prices of between $3.5 million and $4 million.

Marshall White director James Tostevin handled the sale but declined to comment about the price or buyer when contacted by Secret Agent.

Melbourne-born Wilks rose to fame as host of television show Changing Rooms. She has also been a contestant in a reality TV show, advancing several rounds on Dancing with the Stars in 2005.
