St John’s Ambulance Australia leases two office/warehouses in Melbourne’s north-west

St John’s Ambulance Australia has leased two office/warehouses in Melbourne’s north-west.

Last week, the group committed to 904 square metres – filling the last two vacant showrooms – at 16A Keilor Park Drive, Keilor East, an investment owned by local private investor Pelligra – which is coincidentally headquartered at the same building.

St John’s is paying $140 per square metre, per annum, for suites eight and nine following a deal negotiated by Colliers Corey Vraca.

Keilor East is about 16 kilometres north-west of the CBD.

Much closer to town, in West Melbourne, Mr Vraca this week secured St John’s to a 1420 sqm office/warehouse.

The modern strata unit known as 6/88 Dynon Road is owned by a private investor who only settled on buying the property a few weeks ago.

Colliers hasn’t disclosed the rent St John’s is paying in West Melbourne, which is about two kilometres north-west of the city, near the Kensington suburb border.

St John’s has operated in Australia for more than 130 years.

The self-funding and charitable organisations is represented in every state and territory, offering first aid services, care services, first aid training and first aid equipment and resources.

“Each year we deliver 1.2 million hours of voluntary community service, train 500,000 people and treat 100,000 people in Australia at public events,” the company’s website said.
