Southern Cross Broadcasting’s Outgoing South Melbourne Office to Become Hotel and Apartment Complex
The property sold in July for more than $5.5 million. Fairfax Media staff will relocate to Media House at the corner of Collins and Spencer streets, Docklands, which Premier John Brumby is officially handing over to outgoing Fairfax chairman Ron Walker on Tuesday.
