The penthouse in what is believed to be Southbank’s first high rise apartment complex near Crown Casino, has been put to the market.
The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom penthouse includes a grand sweeping entrance with spiral staircase. It occupies the top two levels of 83 Queensbridge Street and has expansive views in all directions from five separate balconies.
Hocking Stuart selling agent Sam Paynter says he expects a sale price of around $2.3 million.
