South Yarra’s Former Longford Cinema to Become Flats
The Longford complex, at 53 – 61 Toorak Road, closed in 2001 at about the same time as other independent cinemas including the Lumiere Lonsdale Street, the Trak Cinema, Toorak, the Carlton Moviehouse. The Valhalla in Richmond closed in 1996.
