South Pacific to Build iQ Student Accommodation

Tailored to the South East Asian student market, the $20 million iQ project is rumoured to have a waiting list for the 2007 academic year. The tower includes top quality fittings, full broadband cabling – and views of the CBD.

South Pacific managing director Mr Mark Feiglin said the student market was a strong investment opportunity into the future with the total number of international students in Australian universities expected to grow from 188,400 to 996,000 by 2025.
