South Korea’s National Pension Service Pays $658 Million for Sydney’s Aurora Place Office

FIVE months since coming onto the market, Sydney’s landmark Aurora Place office building has sold for $658 million.

In a statement, South Korea’s National Pension Service announced it signed a contract to buy the office. It said it would continue investing in overseas real estate this year to take advantage of rising property prices on the back of a global economic recovery, The Australian reports.
