Silver Top Taxis’ Sets up in Mulgrave After Fire Engulfs Collingwood Headquarters
Office leasing agents received calls from Silver Top representatives at 11:30am on Tuesday, hours after fire engulfed Silver Top’s long-term Rupert Street office, near the corner of Gipps Street.
Colliers International Richard Elrington said a Silver Top lease was drafted during the afternoon, with with all parties meeting at 6pm to sign documents. Silver Top moved into the Miles Street building immediately and is fully operational, Mr Elrington said.
Silver Top has an option to stay at Mulgrave for another six months, beyond its existing January 2010 lease expiry date.
