Residential Developer Buys Camberwell Site Until Recently Earmarked to Become Offices

According to sources, the new residential proposal will include more than 112 apartments, and likely rise six levels. It’s expected the end value will be about $80 million.

CGA paid another local developer the McMullin Group just over $8 million for the 4383 square metre block nearly two years ago. It listed the site for sale last August.

Colliers International’s Peter Bremner and Rob Joyes marketed the site with CBRE’s Mark Wizel and Scott Orchard.
