Red Bull to relocate its Victorian HQ within Port Melbourne

EXCLUSIVE

Austria’s Red Bull – which has the highest market share of any energy drink in the world – is relocating its Victorian headquarters within Port Melbourne.

Red Bull will move to a 1008 square metre office/warehouse at 8/331 Ingles Street, part of Dexus’ Citilink Industrial Estate, about two kilometres south west of the city.

Red Bull will relocate its headquarters to Dexus’ Citilink Industrial Estate because it features a 50/50 split of office and warehouse space.

Brokers Chris Chartres and Ben Hackworthy of Lemon Baxter – an agency specialised in the Port Melbourne and South Melbourne areas – coordinated the off-market lease with Red Bull, which was represented by ResolveXo.

“Red Bull, which already had its Victorian head office in Port Melbourne, was keen to stay in the area, due to its proximity to the CBD and the ability to have a property with a 50/50 ratio of office to warehouse to service both aspects of their business under one roof,” Mr Chartres said.

Citilink Industrial Estate comprises 13 prime grade quality double storey units.

With long term airspace development potential, the business park abuts the northern edge of the West Gate Freeway, between the Bolte Bridge and Ingles Street.
