Rachel Beck, Ian Stenlake list St Kilda apartment
Actors Rachel Beck and Ian Stenlake are selling an apartment in a St Kilda block reportedly once also home to Heath Ledger and Tina Arena.
The vendors have lived at the art deco 188 Barkly Street since moving to Melbourne from Sydney a few years ago.
The unit contains two bedrooms, modern kitchen and open plan living and dining room with a balcony overlooking a church.
Ms Beck has been a television actress since the late 1980s.
The entertainer was recently nominated for a Mo Award for her Singing in the Rain performance.
Mr Stenlake, her husband, is also a musical theatre performer and actor – perhaps best recognised for his his role as Oscar Stone Stingers.
Hocking Stuart’s John Carter expects the apartment to sell for more than $360,000 on March 31.
