Proposed 27-Level Tower for Adelaide CBD

ADELAIDE’S Development Assessment Commission is reviewing an $80 million, 27-level office and hotel development in the Adelaide CBD.

The tower (part artist impression, right) would be the city’s fourth highest. Designed by Adelaide group Dash Architects and proposed by the Toga Group of Companies, it’s feared the tower will overshadow a Flinders Street church.

The proposal would see nine levels used as a high-end 4.5 star hotel. The remaining 16 levels will include offices. A car park and function rooms are also included in the plan, according to Adelaidenow.com.au.
