Prominent Gold Coast Office Tower Withdrawn From Sale After Price Expectations Not Met

The campaign was hindered by a rising vacancy rate within the building.

Attempts to fully lease the office space will be made this year, with the owners to review whether to sell the asset again in about six months.

Its reported mining magnate Clive Palmer made an offer for the building, but that it was not accepted by Chung Gold Coast and financier Suncorp.

Tenants in the building include the Nine Network and Centrelink. It was previously home to Sunland and Villa World.

Mr Chung also owns the Seabank building in Southport, and the Seabank building in Bundall, nearby.
