Paul Hogan’s former Byron Bay home for sale
A Byron Bay home built by Australian actor Paul Hogan has come back to market.
Vendors Duncan and Sally Mount are hoping to bank $8 million for the component of the Possum Creek property with an eight bedroom house, heated pool and guest cottage.
Two tracts – of 44 hectares and 36ha – are also for sale, each asking $2m.
The suburb is about 15 kilometres west of Byron Bay.
Mr Hogan offloaded the holding in 2006; at the time it was known as Cedar Springs.
The price set a then-record for the area.
