Occupiers trade west Sydney office/warehouse
The owner of joinery business H Dallas has sold its Revesby base of nearly 20 years.
The c3816 square metre office/warehouse with 3150 sqm clear span, 47-49 Marigold Street, collected c$16 million, from another occupier.
Zoned Industrial 1, the 5748 sm fully fenced block also contains 23 car parks.
It also includes a substation allowing for 1200 AMPS of power and 1152 gigajoule per annum gas.
Revesby is about 22 kilometres south west of Sydney’s CBD.
The deal comes four months since we reported a vacant 4256 sqm office/warehouse at 2-4 Marigold St, in the suburb, traded for $13.1m (story continues below).
High office component
A high component – 925 sqm – of the improvement at 47-49 Marigold St is fit out as offices.
“The result underscores the ongoing demand for well positioned, freestanding industrial assets offering high visibility and direct access to key arterial roads including theM5 Motorway and Milperra Rd,” Colliers Angus Urquhart, who marketed the property with Hamish Mills, and Parkside Commercial’s Jon Osborn, said.
The property previously sold in early 2007 for $4.4m.
