Occupiers trade major Preston amalgamation

The Preston site is selling for c$9 million.

A major Preston industrial site with three buildings over 1.8 acres has traded between occupiers.

The operators of auto-recycler Fetter Wreckers have reaped about $8.9 million, sources say, for 27-37 and 39-41 Eton Stret.

The result values the land at c$1250 per square metre.

The improvements, containing 2500 sqm, cover 35pc of the block.

Despite being marketed for its development upside, the incoming owner is believed to be another occupier.

Gross Waddell ICR agents Raoul Salter, Glenn Ye and Julian Materia declined to comment.

It was the first time the property had been offered since c1960.

Also today we are reporting Accord Property sold a five level Bell St, Preston, office to a tenant.
