Occupier drops $1.6m for showroom, office
A triple storey inner east Melbourne office/showroom has sold for $1.6 million.
The Victoria Street, Abbotsford, property, was offered by three families which held it and a neighbouring property since 2008.
They were also responsible for adding two floors to what was a warehouse, creating 691 square metres of lettable area (169 sqm on the ground)
It was listed vacant in July.

This part of Abbotsford is about three kilometres east of Melbourne’s CBD.
