NSW Supreme Court Paves the Way for NSW North Coast Development

THE NSW Supreme Court has paved the way for developer Bob Ell’s Leda Holdings to develop houses, on an 800 hectare property on the NSW north coast.

An eight year battle related to a lease and sale of the property known as Kings Forest has been deemed by the courts to be invalid, paving the way for the owner, Mr Ell, to develop the site.

The AFR reports the site could yield 4500 lots.
