A year old medical centre beside Blacktown Hospital and Sydney University School of Medicine sold on a sub five per cent yield.
A local investor outlaid $19.55 million for the Blacktown Medical Specialist Centre at 13-15 Panorama Parade, on the south east corner of Blacktown Hospital Loop Road.
Purpose built for PRP Diagnostic Imaging, there is 1742 square metres over three floors.
There are also over 100 basement car parks.
The site spreads 1194 sqm.
Blacktown Dermatology also occupies part of the building.
The result reflects a 4.97pc return.
