Moving Experience for Vizard

Sources say Vizard has until the end of the year to move out of his Toorak mansion, when its new owner, businessman Andrew Muir, had reportedly negotiated to move in.

In May, Muir, founder of The Good Guys home electrical chain of shops, is believed to have sold his landmark East Melbourne home, Crathre House for around $10 million, before a scheduled auction.

This week, the new buyer of Crathre House was revealed as Jane Elizabeth Hiscock – a name many insiders seem to have heard of, but know little about.

About the only thing Secret Agent could ascertain with any confidence, is that members of the Hiscock family are local to Victoria.

One agent, who wished to remain anonymous, said that the recent resources boom has created so many more multi-millionaires, it’s becoming harder to remember the names of people who have a spare $10 million to spend to spend on a home.
