Minogue family offer French Island retreat in parts

The Minogue family will market its French Island retreat in two parts after unsuccessful attempts to sell the 90-hectare estate as a whole.

Hocking Stuart Rye agent Hendrik Boer said the 20ha Beauciel, which includes a renovated homestead overlooking the water, is now asking $1.2 million.

A separate sizeable parcel abutting a national park has a $600,000 guide.

That block could yield another house, the broker added.
